Guarantee Conditions in simple terms

  • Agenda’s are to be fully achieved by the Centre Director, Centre Manager or the personnel who is responsible for the day to day management of the Centre.
  • Pre approval is to be sought before taking on a client; the Centre is to be reviewed financially in respect to occupancy levels, debtors, wage costs and operating expenses.
  • Succeed Consultancy may request the review to be verified by the clients accountant in respect to the above mentioned point prior to entering into a contract and again to claim the guarantee.
  • The financial improvement of the Centre does not take into account; owner’s drawings, capital expenditure items and items outside of the operating budget. For assessment purposes to quantify for the guarantee; these expenses are to be factored back into income.
  • Management fee payments are to be consistently upheld as per the service contract.
