5. Does all of your staff meet, greet and farewell every family every day?

Policies and Procedures

1. Do all your staff and parents review the centre policies annually?   
2. Can any staff member explain any policy within your Centre?
3. Does the Centre consistently implement every policy?
4. Are your policies indexed, in sections, numbered and sources recorded? 
5. Can all staff locate any policy on request?

Child Care Benefit

1. Have you ever had an external audit on CCB compliance?  
2. Are your records kept in chronological sequence e.g. sign in/out sheets?
3. Do you consistently keep your absences up to date and have a clear system

to do so?

4. Do you operate within the Family Assistance Law in regards to CCB and claims?         
5. To you maintain written notifications on family changes such as siblings attending other services, allowable absences, canceling care etc.
6. Are you able to fully audit and reconcile your CCB payments with CCMS?
7. Do you confidently understand all the CCB compliance requirements?
